We have a 100-year-old house with many over-sized windows that require changing screens and storms each season as well as washing the windows. We have never had a complaint with the service. The work is always excellent. They always show up on time. They are professional and friendly. My husband and I are very happy we found them, because the windows in our house are heavy and the work isn't easy. They manage it all beautifully. They have never damaged anything in our house while working and put all furniture that needs to be moved back into place."

"A few weeks ago Famous Maintenance washed my windows in my home in Grosse Pointe. After I paid them over $1000, which is a large sum of money but I have many windows and wanted it done properly, I started to notice that many windows had streak marks. At first I just thought that the guys missed a few windows but I noticed more and more windows had streaks. I contacted the company and they sent the same guys out to fix the issue who originally worked on them. The workers seemed totally disinterested in working, although the streaks were clearly visible. The one guy, started to wipe a window without raising the shade that covered half of the window. The window treatment is handmade from linen and I did not want window cleaner on it. Besides he would be unable to even clean the window correctly without raising it. When I asked him to raise the shade so not to get window cleaner on it, he basically threaten me stating "in a minute no one is going to clean your windows". I told them to leave my house and I am asking the owner to refund my money. This company is completely unprofessional and I would advise you not to use them. Can you say "white trash?" I am still waiting for the owner to contact me!!!"
