"Gave this company a try based on good reviews...and unfortunately was not satisfied... over the phone they have gave me an estimate of starting at $150 for couches stools and 5 area rugs..when he came he did my couches stools and 2 rugs for the price of $225. Which i know shaggy rugs are hard to clean. We told him in the beginning before he started what was needed when he finished one room he started to put his equipment away and my husband said wait you have this room and he proceeded to get a little upset. I have photos of areas which are not clean and actually look worse than before. We are a smoke free house hold and have one little Maltese/yorkie mixed! And 2 new born sons!"
