"We had a toilet overflow in our finished basement in January. Daniel came out the same day and helped prepare the plan of action to get the damage cleaned up. I honestly had no idea what to do and was in a panic. By the time Daniel left I was much calmer as I knew what would have to be done. He was very responsive to my future calls/texts with questions. He didn’t push me to do anything I didn’t want to do. My stress level was lowered extremely by him! He’s definitely an asset to your company. Ryan and Dylan did an absolutely amazing job removing all the damaged flooring and walls. They cleaned and sanitized the area and other than the missing portions of the walls and carpet that needed to be removed because of water damage you’d never know they had been there- they cleaned up their mess and were respectful of my home. They even were quite comical to listen to. You can tell they truly love their jobs. Cody also had to come out due to an issue with my breaker tripping from the fans/dehumidifier and not resetting. After an hour or so he was able to fix it and we were back up and running. Tony came out 2x to check the drying process and was super informative and explained the next process once the drying was complete. Would definitely recommend this Servpro to anyone who suffered a property loss. They CARE about their customers. Next up….the reconstruction process with Josh! I have no doubt this will also turn into a positive review as well. We haven’t gotten started on that just yet but Josh, Carrie and Crystal have been so wonderful thus far!"

"My experiences with Servpro St Clair Shores was outstanding, one of the best experiences ever. What an awsome team everyone worked as a team there was nothing they could not do. They went above-above and beyond to get the job done. John did an outstanding job keeping me informed always returned my calls,texts and if I needed help or anything he was always there with a very respectful calm professional very positive attitude. When the guy came to hall the old stuff away the two guys were up beat, fun so positive and the guy with the big beard, I have named him the bearded wonder. SMILE! There was nothing he could not do. Awsome! When I first met Josh the owner of Servpro he was so professional warm, and made me feel important and that he and his employees would do a great job for me but what wone me over was how Josh took charge of the situation with my insurance adjuster who is a complete - I will be nice- jerk who treated me like I was a dog. Then when Josh met me and my renters at my rental property and the renters were getting in my face and verbally attacking me Josh would not have any of that, came to my rescue and shut them down- flat. The renters had locked me out of my rental property and obviously had dumped water in the closets before locking me out. Once the courts granted me access back into the home of course there was mold in the closets. When I called into Josh's office the office staff always handled my calls with a friendly, professional warm attitude. When I stopped into his office I felt like family each and every time. His company did an awsome job with remediation and reconstruction. I highly recommend them all of them. Words can not say how blessed I feel to have met all of the people at Servpro. They were very clean when abating water damage in our basement, went above and beyond to help us and stated that if anything happens, no matter the day or time, give them a call.
