Dynamic Dry Cleaners

"I dropped off my Carhart coat.Jan 5. With 2 stains on it. Asked could it be dry cleaned. Was told Yes. Jan 10. Picked coat up. It was faded. Worker called Maria(15 years as a Mgr) on Video call. She said the coat was dry cleaned and there was no way the coat could have been faded. She said she would look at it. Jan 16. I picked the coat up. Looks the same. The 2 stains are still there. I get Maria back on the phone, This time she says the directions said 'Do Not Dry Clean' (NOT TRUE). This week she said she WASHED the Coat Again. She offered me a $20 credit for my Coat. I said NO. I not coming bck. She asked what did I want? I said a New Coat. She refused. So . I paid $25 for my Coat to be WASHED twice. I could have washed it myself. Maria (MGR) is a LIAR!!!"

"Dropped off a suit on Saturday and needed it by that next Tuesday. I was assured it would be ready. Fast forward to the next Monday, I went in to see if it was ready and was told I would get a text. Never received said text so I went back at 530pm and they were already closed despite the posted times saying they were open until 6. Very disappointed in the money wasted as clearly I will not be wearing this suit when needed."
