"They messed up my wedding dress during the cleaning and preservation process and said that the unraveling threads was from wear and pretty much there is nothing that they can do after they tried to correct the issue (2 month process). I brought my dress in perfectly fine (everything was intact). Overall, don't taking anything precious that you need cleaned there. Also, the customer service isn't that great. *Update* I spoke with one of the managers and of course accountability was not taken on their part. Of course they blamed it on the manufacturer of the dress and stated that wedding dresses are only designed to be worn once. Again, they stated that there was nothing else that they could do but offer me a discount because “they did their part.” Therefore, I essentially paid for them to mess up my dress."
