Most recently Mike came out, assessed my sandy basement floor(flood brought in sand), explained the process, and came back to clean the floor. Mike and Josh thoroughly re- moved all the sand from my basement floor, dried my floor and sanitized my floor. I’m very satisfied with the results and am ready to have new basement carpet laid.
