"ABSOLUTE GARBAGE SERVICE. I paid $130 for 4 rooms, and the carpets are no different. Literally just sprinkled some water and vacuumed it. With $130 you better off just buying a vacuum. Stains are there as they were. When I confronted the service worker, he said its as clean as its gonna get. That is a lie, I know for a fact that carpets worse than these could be cleaned close to new. He took like 30 minutes to clean and left all the carpets wet. Said to keep the temperature to 85 degrees."
