"I hired Maid Pro to clean my EMPTY house when I moved. They did such a bad job I had to pay someone else to come in and clean. They didn't touch ceiling fans, the didn't even lift throw rugs to sweep under them. The didn't clean windows or mirrors. They didn't clean the walls or baseboards. I wouldn't hire this company to clean my shoe! Customer service wouldn't even return my call when I called to complain. Don't waste your money with this company!"

"I was waiting to see if this company did follow up calls or emails asking about their customers experience, but I havent received any of that. I booked this company for a Deep Clean with an additional oven clean. The week of my cleaning, I was expecting an email or call confirming the day or two days before and I heard nothing. I myself had to call the night before to see if they were coming and what time. The person that answered said that they were scheduled to come, but needed to place me on a hold to check with his manager about the time frame of arrival. He returns to the phone and says that his manager was driving and that they would call me later on. (Its about 5 something). I received a called at 8 something the next morning. (This rubbed me the wrong way) Anywho the lady arrived to clean (she was so nice and friendly btw) so she starts in the kitchen and about 40 mins later she asked me to check out the kitchen. I checked it out and noticed that she didnt do the stove so I told her I had requested for an oven clean. She was able to clean the inside, but said she didnt have the cleaning solution to get the rest of the stuff up and the inside of the oven door still looks crazy. (My issue with this was that she didnt know I had requested an oven clean). She did an amazing job with my living and bathroom but the stairwell ceiling still had dust webs and my oven door still isnt clean. I also went back and scrubbed the kitchen walls and Im figuring out my oven door. The lady that came to clean (Krystal) was very nice and did a good job, but its the lack of communication and follow up for me. Also, workers arriving without proper cleaning materials."

"I called a week ago and spoke to a very helpful lady, and we scheduled recurring visits starting 4/7. She took my credit card info. On the evening of 4/6, I was catching up on e-mails, and saw one from "Duane." It was very rude and said they'd been trying to reach me to confirm my cleaning. 1) I don't answer unknown numbers because I get scam calls about 20x a day. They left NO VOICEMAILS. 2) I called them the evening of 4/6 and left a message saying that (obviously) I still wanted the service, since I scheduled it and paid for it already. 3) I called the morning of 4/7 and said I hadn't heard from them, yes I still wanted the service, and asked if they were coming this morning. The dude immediately started YELLING at me that he "WAS IN THE OFFICE WHEN THEY CALLED ME!!!!" I said "Did you leave a voicemail?" and he screamed "MA'AM WE WILL ONLY SCHEDULE PEOPLE THAT WORK WITH US MA'AM AND IF YOU DON'T WORK WITH US WE WILL SCHEDULE OTHER PEOPLE!!!!!" I yelled back "DID YOU LEAVE A VOICEMAIL?" and he hung up on me. What an absolute nightmare of a company. Save your money and save your time. Edited to add: Look at his response to me below, acting as if I just totally made it up that he yelled at me. Read his responses to other bad reviews as well. He called me after I left the original review, and I said I would NEVER work with his company because he was so rude. He hung up on me again."

"UPDATE: The owner contacted me and did an investigation. The company refunded me $50 for the inconvenience. Overall experience is a 3/5 stars. It is hard for me to say if I recommend the company, however, if you do use the company, you should check the work after the service and contact the company right away if you have any problem which I believe they will try to make it work. Initial review 2/5 stars: I have a vacant home with barely anything to clean but I wanted a professional to come clean so my tenants can have a sparkling clean house when they move in. The maid-pro cleaners came without appropriate tools. They did not have a broom, they asked me if I have one?! They were cleaning my hardwood floor with a small piece of cloth and some spray. There were spider webs on every single corners...I paid around $300 for 2 ladies to come clean for about 2.5 hours. They came at 1:15pm and was rushing to leave at 3:30pm. After I confronted them that the place is not clean, they said they only have 1 piece of cloth left to clean and sorta come back with that piece of cloth for a few seconds...I didn't even have the chance to point out the rest of the dirty spots and they were GONE... They did a good job in my bathroom which I will give them credit for. Other than that, was not worth $300. I am very disappointed. I went to Lowe's and bought a $25 hardwood floor sweeper and ended up re-clean most of the house myself and I was shocked on how dirty my sweeper looks (please see the photo)...really sad and disappointed!"

"I always look forward to when MaidPro comes to my home. They always do an amazing job, and I’m always impressed with how clean my home is after the service has been completed. There is great customer service with the office staff and also the cleaners. The cleaners are always super respectful which I appreciate. I highly recommend."
