"He is not a window cleaner. He told my husband this exact thing. Did not clean all my screens. The ones he did clean, 2 were not put back. He didn’t clean 2 storm windows. And didn’t come prepared (no small squeegee) to clean my half windows in basement. Entirely missed a window (in and out) in a bedroom. Didn’t clean front door windows. The windows had many streaks and spots. Definitely never calling again."

"Photos are post power wash and speak for themselves. I would not recommend this company. They knocked out all the screens and didn’t put them back, and then when I called to come back they said they would but didn’t, called back and he said he’d be back Monday but still didn’t show up. I asked for money back just because painters are coming anyway and he was unprofessional about it all. Also fried the $400 power lock on the side door of the garage so that had to be replaced."
