"Was promised an estimate on 4 separate occasions to finally get a date nailed down. The scheduled time came and went, no show, I called, and I was told something came up that they were coming later in the afternoon. The afternoon came, I then received a text saying it was raining and that they would not be coming out, and they would be out the following week. I then later received an email stating that they were not able to come the following week. I finally agreed that they didn't need our business. Very disappointed in the run around we received with this company."

"They reschedule first appointment after we traveled from Grand Rapids to Fountain (2 hr drive). Then pushed back the second appointment by a couple of hours. Then never showed, didn’t call, didn’t answer text messages or voicemail. Very unprofessional and inconsiderate."
