"Brad and Hagopian did a cleaning and repair on our hand made rug I brought home over 20 years ago from Egypt. They replaced all the fringes on both ends and repaired a 2 inch by 2 inch hole in a corner, matching the thread color perfectly and weaving it in. "Chris did an excellent job cleaning my sofa, love seat, and rug. He worked hard to remove some set in stains and gave us tips to prolong the life of my rug.
