"Pathetic service! Bert Elgersma, the owner, signed us up, took our money and that was the last we heard from him despite the promise he would follow up every 90 days. Didn't happen, he never returned any of our half-dozen phone calls to move our money and stop the bleeding, for our benefit, not his and his commissions, and not once did he have the courtesy to follow up. We lost a significant amount of money in a short amount of time (6 months) and finally pulled our money out and took it elsewhere but not before we lost over $16,000+ of our hard earned money.
