"Absolute miracle workers! I had a horrible chemical stain on my down comforter from a spilled plug-in air freshener from years ago. I told them not to worry about it too much because I had no hopes it would get much better, I was mostly just looking to get the dog smell out of it. I got it back (on time) and the stain was 95% gone. I would have been thrilled if they managed to get 50% out and now this comforter will probably last me an extra few years thanks to them!"
