They spent considerable time checking all aspects on our fireplace both visually and with a camera. They also spent considerable time outside checking the exterior. We have a gas fireplace and they thoroughly checked all of those components too. When complete, they had a full write up of their results and then spent time explaining the whole setup. Everything checked out fine and the technicians said the initial installers did an excellent job when the house was built.
