"I ordered an air compressor online and after having it delivered and set up...it broke as soon as I started it. The manufacturer gave me a few options of where to take my machine for warranty repair and I am so glad that I chose Atomic. The techs seem very well learned in their trade. Rather than doing a quick, botched repair they deemed my unit too damaged and had a new unit sent to them to make sure it wouldn't have any issues before it came to me. The receptionist was so sweet on the phone, I didn't feel like I was a bother for calling here and there to get updates. She even called me a few times during the process (well, left voice-mails because I was busy at the times she called) but still did her best to keep me informed throughout the weeks I had my machine there. All together, even though I was referred to them for warranty work originally...I will use this place again should I need repairs in the future. I definitely recommend them for unit services."

"Ordered white brush rollers for my cleaning machine. They ordered the wrong part and charged me a restocking fee for their mistake. They insisted that I ordered a part I didn't know existed. Very disappointed in their customer service. They also fabricated "notes", claiming that i was looking to do polishing work. I don't do any type of polishing work, I use it to clean hardwood floors and have no use for this part. Both the owner and the lady at the front were disingenuous about the situation. The owner did offer to order the right part, along with a restocking fee for their mistake."
