"Airduct Clean was very efficient, fast and clean when they came to my house. I needed my dryer vent cleaned out and it exits the roof which is tricky and more expensive to have completed. They were very competitive in their quote and extremely responsive from the initial request of a quote to the completion of the project. "Airduct Clean came out today to our condo. Chris and Lee were professional, congenial, and kept us informed of every step they were performing. Thorough! Thorough! Thorough!! They shared all the before and after pictures which were a big help to us understanding all that was being done. We bought this condo in ‘16, and always new we needed this cleaning done. But the biggest mind blower was them cleaning out the dryer vent! We were stunned with how much lint was built up!! The video clearly illustrates how bad it was! "We called because our dryer started to overheat and smelled like it was burning. It had been giving us an “af” warning response when we used it even when we cleaned out the lint trap. We thought we had been “cleaning” and blowing out this vent seasonally but we didn’t trust that it was actually doing anything because we kept getting the error response. We also weren’t confident that the dryer vents were done correctly because of the other wannabe DIY projects in our (new to us) house. We ended up needing to get the whole dryer ventilation system redone and replaced. They were able to get out to us in a timely manner. They caused a very little damage to the walls considering they had to replace everything. As you can see in the photos, our system was completely full of lint and done so poorly that it was a huge fire hazard, to say the least. The work that they did was solid, up to code, and reasonably priced considering the task. They were clean while working around our personal items and they stayed all day until it was done. Our dryer is not reporting any error codes anymore. It’s running better than ever. Thank you for helping to fix this problem and preventing something terrible happening to our family."
