"Reposted after the owner failed to carry out his end of our “good faith” agreement, as he described it. We had agreed for me to remove my original 1-star review in exchange for a refund resulting from a lack of transparency as to how many workers would be sent to do the job, which effectively doubled the amount we were charged. I tried to give them multiple opportunities to come to a resolution, but to no avail. I highly recommend looking at the Yelp reviews first, something I wish we had done before reaching out to them, since those give a better idea of how things will go for you. Original review: Shoddy job. Made the mistake of giving them a chance despite bad communication on their part. Confusion throughout the whole process, miscommunication every step of the way, prices too high for "value" provided, and lack of transparency regarding billing. Had to re-do the work myself. Save your time and money, go with someone else."
"Please do not use this company. Horrible business. Hired them to clean my 96 year old mom's house every other week. They canceled multiple times, sent different cleaners, and the last cleaner they sent, robbed several pieces of my mom's jewelry. Please use a reputable service. I do not want any one else to ever have to go through this."
"DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY. I ordered a cleaning from them. They never showed up but claimed they did show up. They charged $65 for doing nothing because they claimed that I refused service even though I was watching tv waiting for them to show up. Then when I said that I was awake the whole time they said they could send two people out for $120 an hour. At that point I told them no and then I had to call off work to clean because this company was clearly not going to show up but still charge me off of their lie. I wish I could give zero stars but I can’t. THIS IS A TERRIBLE COMPANY AND A SCAMMING GROUP OF PEOPLE. GO ANYWHERE ELSE."
"Incredibly unreliable and unprofessional. They didn’t show up for appointment two times in a row and then on the 3rd time showed up without the equipment necessary (we ordered upholstery cleaning). They then charged me $50 because “I refused service” when the cleaner didn’t have the equipment. DO NOT USE THEM- they're scammers"
"I am only sharing my experience because I’m so shocked and would hate for anyone to go thru this. Forget the lack of communication between the office, the cleaners, and then informing us. That I can move on from. Had them come out with specific instructions to focus on the basement and bathroom. Told them don’t even worry about anything else. 3 hours later they left and nothing looked done besides they put away toys that I had been sorting for a donation drive even though the note said ignore the toys. Spoke to Rickee very nice told me after she looked into it that yes it was confirmed they didn’t do what I asked and said I’ll send someone tomorrow. Great. Person comes very nice was here an hour. Told me she reviewed the notes from yesterday. Asked me to check the area and I look into the shower and it looks exactly like before. Especially the ceiling of shower. Now this basement isn’t used often so my only need for them was to deep clean this basement because of that. Using it as guest living area so I wanted it done. I asked her am I crazy it looks like before exactly why you are here because the person prior didn’t do it. At this point I’m thinking oh maybe my bathroom is old and unclean-able. She very nicely tells me oh yeah I didn’t clean that I didn’t bring anything to clean it. Usually I’d understand but I was told by Rickee that I will inform the cleaner of what has happened and show her the photos because I sent proof nothing got done and so for her to say I didn’t bring anything upset me. Again only reason I called them was this basement. When I spoke to Rickee to say I need time to think this over if I want them to come back again next month she reminded me I’m stuck in a contract for 6 months so I’ll need to have them come out 3 more times or I can pay $180 to get out of this contract. Yesterday 4 people showed up for said basement and for 3’hours I was charged $240. I didn’t ask for money back I asked to not be scheduled anymore. So this weekend I spent $420 for nothing. I don’t feel my issue was me being uptight. I was shocked and she was clearly reading from a script because all the issues I had kept bulldozing to get me to the part of me paying the $180 if I wanted to cancel the contract. The money isn’t even my concern. It’s the lack of professionalism to be honest. I willing paid the cancellation fee. I want nothing from this company. I only want them to pay attention for the next client. This was so wrong."
