"I asked Shane to clean the inside and outside of our large, 20 foot window wall. I had to run errands and left my kids with a check along w a tip which shane took. Unfortunately, the window wall was actually worse when I got hit home. There were smudged bug marks everywhere, the rubber ball marks from kids bouncing balls on the windows were still there- honestly I’d have never known he even touched the window. I very nicely called and asked if he’d consider coming back. He wouldn’t return my calls. Finally I called from a different number and he picked up, apologized and agreed to come the next morning- never showed and hasn’t answered a call or text since. I was incredibly generous and nice to him, gave him a big tip and he completely took advantage of us. He knew I had a big party coming up and had no time to schedule anyone else to get the job done. Now he’s not answering calls from any phone number so I guess the business will close. Seemed like a nice guy but honestly the worst job I could have imagined. If I gave my toddlers a rag and water the windows wouldn’t have looked any worse."
