"Took a top there with leather trim and warned the woman at the front desk about it. She told me they could still clean it for me and she said she would make a note of it, but they ruined it and then refused to pay me for it because I didn't have a receipt! I did back flips to accommodate their request and even called the place where I purchased the item and got a screen shot of my order but they told me it wasn't a receipt so they couldn't reimburse me. They actually had the gall to tell me that the leather bled most likely because it was a knock off. Be warned that taking nice items to this place is not a good choice!!!!"
