"Worst services I’ve had to deal with. I used this company one year and they were great. The following season I tried again. They took almost a year to get my taxes sort of done.I’d call or stop in and the accountant was “not in” ever…When I’d talk to someone, they would say they tried to call me. I’d confirm my phone number every time and never get a call. When my taxes did get done, it was an obscene amount, and I had to have it reevaluated by another accountant, Who easily cut that number to less than half. I never signed for them to send my taxes they sort of finished in and they sent it in anyways. Without my true signature I’m guessing which messed up even more. I also had to pay penalties for their lack of communication and am now paying 2022 and 2023 taxes. This place I’m sure values new customers but also don’t care about keeping customers. I would not recommend this stress to anymore."

I have a friend went to H&R Block for their taxes and then went to Gunter Accounting. Eric caught so many mistakes that H&R Block made and corrected their taxes so they got a refund. You can also work remotely with them (just make sure your password protect your documents when sending over email) and pay over the phone. Their prices for tax preparation are great and they do an amazing job. I can't recommend Eric enough."
