"I honestly loved the service that I got here, the person helping me was very thorough and even rescheduled when it came up that I was missing a insurance paper. However, my rating is due to what I paid for the services. I've never paid over $100 dollars for doing my taxes and I've been doing them for 6 years. I paid almost if not more than $500 theis year, and that's after hearing an awesome review from family about them being cheap and honest. Yes, I filed for 2 states, but that shouldn't ever add up to $500. I was also not read anything about the legal goings while signing either. I'll admit I didn't bring it up, but I wasn't offered an explanation or anything. Like I said, the lady was nice and helpful, but for that much of a fee when I could have just used TurboTax for free and gotten the same back I won't be back next year."
