"New owners have it very clean and have put in a lot of new washers. I quit going there a long time ago as it was dirty and washers n dryers were always broken. Now I will return here to do my laundry instead of driving to Niles."

"Horrible experience. We went in around 6:30pm as soon as we entered the employee gave me a dirty look she was already moping the floor and getting ready to close. Mind you they are opened until 9pm!! The whole time that we were washing she was walking around looking outside with her lunch bag and keys in her hand ready to leave. Just pacing back and forth staring at us to be finished. Felt very uncomfortable, at 8pm she turned the lights off!!! We were still folding. She lied and said the lights turn off on its own. Won’t be going back after. Very unprofessional!!"

"New owners are amazing. It's clean and there are a lot of new machines. Their weekend employees are unreliable and never show up on time to open. The owners always do, as soon as they are aware that their staff no showed. They need some accountable people to work for them."

"I have been to this location maybe 4 times my last 2 most recent trips resulted in clothing being faded and shrinage.. I selected to wash in cold water on the last 2 trips and to my dismay my clothing was washed in very hot water even with the cold selected. I reported it to the attendant and even had her feel the clothing in the 3 washers in question. She stated it was wash at own risk. I really thought that meant to make sure washer was clean and no crayons or Ink pens had been left by previous patrons. I had washed brand new and and worn once only clothing belonging to my grand children who had previously lost everything in a house fire. Many items had shrinkage and some were discolored from bleeding colors. I had to return to this location but assumed the washers would have been fixed since it was 2 weeks later. I did not use the same washers as before but in the same row. Once again my washer used hot water on the cold setting. This time I had a pair of jeans shrink 3 inches and a couple new flamnel shirts shrink to fit a small child. Other items were also effected. I reported to the attendant on duty and this was a different lady. I also had her feel the hot clothes coming out and asked for the location owner or manager phone number which she gave me. I also showed her specific damaged or shrunken items. I reached out but have yet to get a response from the manager/owner. I highly recommend going elsewhere and not risking your good clothing unless hot water is suitable for your clothing. Having many new items ruined after the grand kids lost everything with school started was pretty devastating. The fact that the issue was not fixed 2 weeks after it was reported is very disturbing. I will seek info on businesses such as this to see what further action can be taken. This is unacceptable and made a tragedy even worse when the new replacement clothes were ruined. No return call speaks volumes!!"

"Always dirty. Staff are clueless, ie, don't even know that the card readers communicate over phone lines. Many machines are out of order. Mask mandates are not enforced. ETA:. The girl got on the phone right away to try and sort it out... Meanwhile it meant a time consuming trip to an ATM..."
