"Furnace went out over the wkd, they wouldn't even answer the phone only text even tho claiming 24hr service. The refused to help because I don't know who installed the furnace in a rental home. What a joke I wouldn't even waste my time calling if I were you... wish I could leave 0 stars... Mead heating and cooling came out immediately and fixed our problem no questions asked. Call Mead!!!!"

"They replaced a furnace fall of 2022 and claimed the freon was low in the A/C (there had been no issues with the A/C). We wanted to wait until spring to look for leaks in the freon lines. The woman who owns the business is rude and condescending, she would only communicate through text, and hung up on us. We ended up getting another company to fix the A/C. They discovered that Teed never reinstalled the A Coil (as was supposed to be reinstalled per the contract). Over $2,500 to have another company fix their mistakes."

"Called teed in the morning for my furnace not working and told them it was no hurry the weather was still nice. They put me on the schedule for late the next day if possible. Nick called me that afternoon the same day I made the call and said he could check it out that afternoon. He worked hard to figure out the problem and went that evening to pick up the part and replace that night even though it wasn't necessary. Well done Nick. Will call teed for all my HVAC problems."
