"I called and scheduled an appointment to have carpets cleaned before Thanksgiving. The morning of my appointment I received a call telling me the employee that does my area had a runny nose and didn’t feel well so they sent him home. They left me a message asking if they could change my appointment for two days later. However their phone was busy all 8 times I tried calling back. Meanwhile all my furniture is sitting in my dining room. Luckily for me one of their competitors was able to come out on short notice and do what they were unable to do. I only gave them a 1 star because I couldn’t leave a review without choosing at least a 1."
