The entire crew did outstanding work in totally redoing my home from scratch. They did excellent work in installing the dry wall, the roof and all the electric and plumbing work plus installing my appliances etc.. The house is now picture perfect. "My condominium complex hired Servpro to clean our outside dryer vents. During the cleaning process there was a disconnection between the dryer hose and the metal dryer pipe that led to the outside vent that was being cleaned. Once the problem wad discovered, my conversations with Servpro began. From talking to the office to dealing with Aaron the supervisor in charge of the initial cleaning, things happened quickly. Although it was necessary to cut through a ceiling in my bathroom to fix the disconnection, they did so within a couple of days of the mishap and finished the project flawlessly. Aaron was so nice and so easy to deal with. Bill, who actually did the repair went above and beyond to repair the disconnection as well as repair the ceiling and paint. His work was flawless. "I'm so unhappy with this company. I had water damage over the Christmas holiday due to a pipe burst. Aaron the foreman is very nonchalant and arrogant. We had a different crew just about every morning. I would have to spend 20 minutes of my time letting them know what to do because lack of leadership. After 30 days trying to get my my basement demoed, I finally told them to take they're equipment and leave. Called a different company and so far I can tell the difference. Lack of leadership at this company is very concerning."
