"Oh So Clean was an excellent company until it changed owners in winter 2022. After that, things went downhill. They often had to change the time, didn't communicate with me about when they would come, and didn't do as thorough of a job. After I cancelled their service because of this, they told me for two months that they would get my key back to me. Only when I threatened a bad review did they tell me that they had lost the key and couldn't find it! I can't believe they would be so careless with the security of their customers' homes. Don't use this cleaning service."
