"I’ve used this team in the past and will continue to call them moving forward. I had a tub that wouldn’t drain. HotShots came out, couldn't snake it, and suggested I call a plumber to remove a trap and replace it with a more modern trap. I reached out to Matelski and within a couple of days, they were out to my house and had the trap replaced. When I need service work done, I am ready to pay for it. I just want to know that I can trust who I’m working with. I trust them. Thanks Team Matelski!"

"So, not your typical review..... Backstory: Was on a Jeep outing in Northern Michigan. Went through a water hole on a trail and locked up the motor. Another Jeep in our group pulled me out to a "main road", aka an actual dirt road and not a trail. After thanking them for the assist, they went back to join the main group. Found out I didn't have cell service. Decided to start walking down the road towards civilization. After a mile and a half, was able to contact a family member who was heading to Northern Michigan. With little cell service I had, I was able to point them to a meeting point. This meeting point happened to be Matelski Plumbing & Heating. The plan was to wait outside this business for a ride. After a few more miles, I made it, only to discover this was not just a business, but also a residence. Obviously, not wanting to intrude, I sat down in the open field across the road to wait for my ride. After maybe 2 minutes, a friendly fellow named Chad came out and asked if everything was okay. After explaining my situation, he welcomed me into his home for a drink of water. After a few minutes of conversation, he then offered to tow my Jeep back to his place where it could securely stay until I would return with a trailer to pick it up. I accepted Chad's generous offer, and away we went. After 15 minutes, we were back to his place and parked my Jeep out of the way, but in a location where it could easily be loaded onto a trailer. After many thanks, my ride arrived shortly after and I left. It's hard to find great, generous, amazing people who will drop what they are doing and help a person out. However, Chad is a most outstanding individual. Though I did not use his Heating & Cooling services, you can rest assured that when you reach out to Matelski Plumbing & Heating, you are getting top notch assistance in your heating and cooling needs. Thanks again to Chad and your family, you were most gracious to a feller Jeeper!"

"Quality service and great customer care! Man, there is no greater panic for a homeowner/hobby farmer than waking up with no water. The humans in our household could have made do, but our flock would have been in trouble… Not only was I able to get a time-sensitive service call, but Chad was able to diagnose our issue and call the next company we would need to finish the repair (well motor got fried by an issue inside the house). We can’t say enough about this team! If you need plumbing services, this is the place to call! We are now customers for life!"
