"I moved over the summer and wanted a move-in clean for my new home. I called around to different cleaning companies in the area, and I decided Clean Corners would do the best job. They sent a very thorough checklist to mark priority for certain items. I was encouraged by someone at the company to increase my cleaning time from 6 hours to 10 hours. My house is NOT large, about 2,000 sq ft. So I spent $400 to have my house deep cleaned. I will say that they did a nice job cleaning the inside of the oven and the refrigerator. Here are the things that were missed: 1. bottom drawer of the oven not cleaned and covered in dog hair 2. carpets and stairs still completely covered in dog hair from previous owner (picture two of vacuum filter emptied in trash - 3 empties in total) 3. water stains on the faucets (picture one) 4. one cabinet in the kitchen not cleaned out (picture three) So, I called and requested someone come out and fix everything. The manager/owner offered 30 minutes of free vacuuming. She revealed to me that she sent 2 college students to clean my house and admitted that she KNEW that they wouldn't do as good of a job as she would've done. Not sure how two college students can be referred to as "Grand Rapids cleaning experts at Clean Corners". I'm very unsatisfied with the way this issue was handled. For $400, I was expecting a spotless house. My rating would have been higher if a free clean had been offered. But, having better trained employees would help too."
