"This laundromat is very run down! Sad to see, since I used to work here when Steve owned it many yrs back & it was top notch when Steve owned it. Even sadder is the fact that this is the only laundromat that I'm aware of in Big Rapids!! The young man working there was very helpful and even helped me load the machines with king size comforters, which took one machine for each one!! Then he put the soap & softner in for me because I could not reach the top of the triple loaders!"
"I really don't think this place is bad as I hear. It might be a little out dated, but it was clean and has a varities of vending machines and you don't have to put money on a card to use their machines. We went on a holiday and was glad it was open...there might be a few broken down ones, but there are plenty of other machines to use..2.75 washer"
"Love this place ! Very few to select from in a 30 mile radius of my house. I will not go anywhere else. The owner is Fantastic..it's well kept ,the machines work well and there are plenty of them. The prices are really fair for the units and the dryers work great! Attendant is there on site . Highly recommend this place of you need clean clothes!"
