"Our vacation house was flooded from a broken pipe during the polar vortex, winter of 2019. Our first call was to Service Master of Big Rapids, MI. They came immediately and did a great job of remediation –drying the house out, removing all the destroyed materials, and inventorying the lost possessions – working under very difficult winter conditions. They put us in contact with a mold specialist who is very knowledgable and gave us first rate service and advice. And they connected us with a contractor to do the repairs and worked with him throughout the construction to track costs and prepare estimates for the insurance adjuster. We were very happy with the contractor as well. James Nostrant personally handled all our panicked calls and questions and could not have been nicer."
