"After checking with a few local pool companies and finding out it would be over a month before they could arrive, I decided to reach out to a few more. I called Sharks and explained my issue and Alex was able to come out that afternoon to help me get my pump going. Fast forward to this morning, Alex, Jose, Jesus, Martin and Luis came to the rescue and changed out my sand filter and got that all cleaned up. They worked as a team, professionally and explaining the process as they went along. Fair pricing and a top notch job. I’ll definitely use you all again! Thank you Sharks team for taking care of us. "Absolutely wonderful experience with Shark pools. This is our first year opening our pool for the summer, so we were horrified to find that it looked like a swamp. I called shark pools in hopes that they would be able to get our pool ready for the summer. Alex answered the call, and showed up with his team within the hour. They turned our “swamp” into paradise in less than a couple of hours. Alex is knowledgeable and took the time to explain everything to me in detail, as well as answer any questions that I had in the following days. "I definitely regret using this business. They showed up with no equipment, expecting me to have it here for them. Out of all the things the gentleman told me they would do for the cost all I received was the cover being taken off and put in a bag. They told me you don’t test your pool for a week after opening, then they said two days. Didn’t test my water so they had no idea if what they did was right. It wasn’t and my heater sensor was corroded. They said they would send tests strips and never did. Never put the cover away. Did not clean, decided it was good enough. Used a construction brush in the pool that was full of drywall dust because they did not bring equipment. I asked for a refund and they refused. Definitely do not hire, they told me my pool was broke because they didn’t have a clue what was going on. I didn’t make this extremely legible because I’m sick of wasting time on this business but BUYER BEWARE!!"

"Absolutely the best customer service, and excellent work! Alex saved our pool, and thousands of dollars, in just a day. Owner error/mistake, Alex showed up on a Saturday to give us his honest opinion and a plan to fix our liner. Took 6 hours to fix, finishing at about midnight! Absolutely remarkable and we are completely impressed. We will definitely be calling him for all of our future pool needs. Side note: we were previous Fox Pools customers, we are no longer. Without even looking at our pool told us we needed a new liner, gave us a separate person to call and left it at that. The other person we were told to call has yet (a week later) to return our call.
