"Our carpets were cleaned well. However, it took almost two weeks for them to dry and we had to use several fans to complete the drying. Their extraction of the water is poor. Also, I gave the workers each a $10 tip because I thought they did a good job cleaning. Not one said thank you. To Zantello's credit they came back to our condo with strong fans to complete the drying process. I would use them again but probably just have them do our traffic areas."
