"Let me start by saying we are super clean people and I NEVER expected to find us in the predicament we were in… Unknowingly, we welcomed unwanted guests (German cockroaches) into our home doing what most people do on the daily – opening boxes from various online vendors. I could go into lots of detail but that is the super short version. I called three different pest companies over the weekend we discovered our unwanted guests. Alec called me back on a Sunday – no one else did. First word, PROMPT. He let me go over in grueling detail my current nightmare. He was HONEST about what it would take to get rid of them as well as the cost. He was very intentional to make it clear on the longevity it would take to get rid of them and didn’t sugarcoat anything. He gave us specific instructions to prepare our home prior to his first arrival and what we would need to do over the next several weeks to get rid of them. We followed his instructions to a T. It was the only way to get these guys out of our house in the absolute minimum amount of time it would take to get them gone (a minimum of 12 weeks). He was extremely DETAILED during his visits, checking every potential area they could be looming and always gave us honest feedback. I don’t think any of his visits were less than an hour and he always took the time to answer all our questions. I can’t say enough good things about Alec. He was PROFESSIONAL, but also empathetic towards our situation. He was RESPECTFUL of our home and belongings. It has been 14 weeks since his first treatment and we haven’t seen our wanted guests in two weeks. We are extremely grateful for his services. There is no one better!"
