"The service provided by the employee was great. Professional and courteous, on time, in and out. Unfortunately, the low rating came when I was quoted one price and charged another. I had written down the exact quote as she gave it to me but was charged more. When I called to ask about it, she told me that she had given me the price she had charged. She said they had two prices, one for a basement and one for a crawlspace. When I originally called for the quote, I had given her all the information on the house and that was the quote that I had written down. When I tried to make it right, she was just short of laughing, saying, no I didn't quote you that. No resolution to the problem, only frustrated me more. I would advise others to either pay in advance or look elsewhere. No one should be ripped off or treated so poorly."
