"We are SO happy to have found Brooms and Blooms. We first started with weekly cleaning and couldn’t believe the quality received! I’ve tried everything to remove stains on our porcelain tub and they got it out the first clean! Not to mention, every surface is touched in their cleans! They are also extremely responsive and flexible to busy schedule. Whenever I’ve asked for a last minute cleaning, they were able to work it in without compromising their quality. After such a good cleaning experience we budgeted for fall cleanup with their landscaping. We could not be more happy with the results and will continue yearly!"

"I can't say enough good things about Brooms and Blooms! We had them do some yard work for us. They trimmed some trees, took out some bushes, weeded, and put new bark down. They were meticulous and paid attention to details. They did better than if we had done it ourselves! We are happy with the work that they did, and we will hire them again."

"This business charged me over $700 and they told me that beyond basic cleaning they would wash all the baseboards, crown molding, trim and have everything ready for our painters. The owners of this company didn't do anything they promised and were at my house for only 3 hours ( they arrived at 1:30 and left at 4:30 ). Yes, $700 for 3 hours when they told me they would be cleaning for at least 5-6 hours. All they did was vacuum and go around the house with a duster. Everything in the house had the same amount of dust ( from construction) that was there when I left them to clean. Nothing was clean or wiped down. There were crumbs on the counters, ceiling fans were thick with dust, the stairs were dirty. The crown molding and baseboards were not touched. Nothing in the house was prepped for the painters! It's truly hard to determine what they actually DID do if anything at all? They charged me over $700 for pushing dust around my house with a swiffer. Do not use - this company! They are dishonest and don't stand by their work. I was told that they are sorry that I was disappointed and that I didn't let them know soon enough to rectify the situation. All the photos were taken right after they "cleaned" my house. There is no excuse for the way they left my house, the pictures speak for themselves. They just blatantly didn't do a deep clean. When I reached out to them, instead of holding themselves accountable, they told me the vacuum was emptied 2x and that I am the only person who has ever been dissatisfied. They told me that since I waited 5 days to tell them I was unhappy with the job, there was nothing they could or would do. They told my they were sorry I was disappointed and that was that. When I showed them the photos, they said that moving furniture wasn't discussed - the photos attached have nothing to do with furniture being moved. The entire problem is that nothing was wiped down and the walls and trim are not ready for the painters ( as the promised ); they didn't just accidentally miss a small area, they missed the entire house and took my money. It's very disturbing that people who appear to be very nice and hardworking are capable of such a scam. The next step is to report them to the BBB. Photos accompany this review - All were taken in different rooms. I have several more photos, the ones I attached are just a small example of the way they left my house. There is no way to rationalize this type of incompetence, the owners know very well they didn't do a deep clean. Trying to gaslight me and blaming my dogs and carpenter don't explain why the house was left unfinished. We had an agreement and this company didn't follow through with what they promised."

"Always above and beyond service. Highly recommend their service. First year my husband was not able to do his own yard work. He is quite fussy about how his yard looks. Derrick met his expectations and more. Yard looks great every week. We have quite a bit of woodwork in our home. Tana and Derrick did an amazing job cleaning and polishing all the woodwork, including all the doors."
