"We arrived at our cottage on Big Star Lake for winter ladies weekend to find the indoor temp 48* and falling with 12* temps forecast. We were going to turn around and go home but didn't want any pipes to burst so we started calling HVAC companies at 4:30pm on a Friday. Our furnace issue was quickly diagnosed with a workaround in place so we could have heat until a replacement part or new furnace is available. Very satisfied."
