"Amazing appliance repair company, my dryer was making a lot of noise and I got a quote from a different company for an astronomical amount because they wanted to replace more than they needed to Lewis came and quoted us $300 which was a lot less. The repair guy was very professional and completed the repair quickly. He also saw that my washer was leaking and repaired that as well as the dryer vent and cleaning out ll the lint. Even after finding additional things needing attention, our actual price was $10 less than originally quoted. Great great company. Dryer has worked very well since."

"This is a complete mystery to us. Called several times and had to leave a message because they NEVER answer the phone (called 7 to ten times lost track of how many)no matter what. We had a small business and ALWAYS had time to answer the phone which is why we were successful. Received a couple text messages ( which is NOT how you run a serious business) and they scheduled an appointment. We arranged our schedule for the appointment and they were a NO SHOW. Playing some kind of immature game or something - don't know WHAT is going on with them.. Don't waste your time unless you enjoy leaving numerous messages and never talking to anyone and then having a NO SHOW. Positive reviews are probably phony."

Lewis Repair was incredibly knowledgeable and knew that this was a common problem with this model, and called LG and the entire thing, parts and service was covered by LG!
