"I could not be more pleased with Hutchinson’s. They took on a big task for our family and got it done in TWO days! We were even happy with how they left the property. They straightened out the yard after the install and left it looking better than they found it. But what I am most pleased with was that a changed happened after we were quoted regarding the amount of drain line. I had already paid them when I realized the mistake. I called hoping and praying they would refund me for the extra line we did not end up needing. Sure enough they called me back to tell me we were being refunded a significant amount. I was worried I would be out the money and I would have to fight to get it back. I seriously can not recommend these guys enough. I have worked with a lot of contractors and usually they are just ok or very bad. Hutchinson’s went way above and beyond to maintain a healthy customer relationship. I very highly recommend them for all your septic and excavating needs."

"We had an emergency situation at our hunting cottage with our tank overflowing. Cameron came out after 7:00 and went over and above to help us and explain to us what had happened and what to do in the future. We had actually had it pumped less then 2 months ago with another company that told us we needed to replace everything when in fact the pipe was clogged by tree roots. "Contracted this company to install a combo septic system. It's only been 2 years and I am having issues. I asked about a tilted tank and was ignored. So I dug up the tank and checked the level ... Sure enough it is tilted toward the residence. No wonder it was backing up into the house. Was repeatedly lied to and made to feel like it was our fault, and told we used non septic safe paper ...this is false. No solution was truly provided, just a band aid. Such as extending the inlet pipe,(which is just to accommodate the tilt and not a true solution.) Every single part of this process, from the repeated delays before install, to the fact they showed up unannounced, and unprepared at first...to trying to get them to provide a true solution, has been one of the worst contractor experiences ever. When I contacted the businesses former owner, who installed the system, to address questions that I had, I was told that he "didn't even own the business anymore, so..." This from a man who stands behind his work. As a veteran who lives on a meager fixed income, and takes care of a handicapped mother, I expected more from a fellow Vet and his family owned local business. Now I have a system that needs to be pumped all the time because my family of 3 allegedly poops too much......I guess solutions are blaming the customers. If you like wasting your time and money trying to motivate someone to do the job you paid them for, use these guys. If you want a system that works and want it to be trouble free....look elsewhere. Cameron and Amanda are awesome and deserve raises. Wish them all the best. Now to find an excavator.....and an attorney..... P.S. Kind of suspicious when all the reviews are 5 star and all say essentially the same thing without any critical reviews. Looks like someone may be paying for extra attention."
