"This review is written by Jim's wife, Maggie. I feel like I was treated at a disadvantage. Charles and I spoke on the phone agreed on a time I would be home for him to come over and give me an estimate. Instead Charles came early when I could NOT be there (nor could I speak to him on the phone,) and instead he discussed the rates with my husband. My husband, not being aware of what I was expecting to pay, agreed to allow him to clean our carpets. If I had arrived at the time I said I would be there, I would have NEVER agreed to his prices. Because I had to pay much more than I anticipated, I didn't even get all the carpet areas I wanted cleaned. I think over $500.00 for 2 hours worth of work was outrageous. I was disappointed. I expressed such, however all I heard was a sales pitch. The carpets were cleaned but I believe the fee was unreasonable. I cannot recommend this company."

"HI Charles , the owner, cleaned a new condo i just purchased. The condo had been a rental for a few years, and had not been on a cleaning schedule. So i really needed a good carpet cleaning. I called was able to book an appointment with in the time period I needed - before the furniture arrived. Charles came with his truck loaded with equipment - his cleaning equpment is very powerful! And he was great about explaining the process - which doesnt leave a really wet carpet! He is very through and careful of your items. The carpet looks brand new! And there is no after chemical smell left in the house - its wonderful! All the spots are gone and it feels like new!"
