"This retailer’s website is unacceptably unreliable. I purchased four items on 12/27/23 with payment posted to my credit card two days later. On 1/02/24 I was notified by PayPal that I was receiving a $52.000 refund for unspecified “out of stock items and reduced shipping costs.” Kelley’s Rock Shop did not bother to notify me about the issue. More than a week after placing my order, on 1/05/24 I received two of the items purchased, learning for the first time that the two items I preferred most were the ones the Rock Shop failed to send. Reputable online retailers typically do not process payments until the purchased items are ready to ship. When you also have an unreliable website and poor customer relations, it will be easy for me to avoid this online retailer in the future."
