"Scheduled a furnace check up for 11-16-23. Hasn't been done in a few years since an inducer fan upgrade the Trane dealer in Menominee, MI did. Suspected something wasn't right since the upgrade, but it seemed to run o.k. Randy showed up on time and gave it a good cleaning. He also did some testing to address my concerns about the 2nd stage firing. He verified that it wasn't correct and tried to resolve the issue. Being that this was only a cleaning and check-up he was under some time constraints. Told me what he found and I agreed it has been like this for awhile and we would address it at a different time. Based on what he told me, I took it upon myself to check the wiring like he suspected. It turns out the 2 wires for the pressure switches were reversed since the upgrade that the Trane dealer did. I switched them and it is running like a swiss watch now. Both stages fire like they are supposed to. Thank you Randy for sharing your findings on this issue. Also have a gas fireplace insert on order through GPS. Jerry was very helpful in picking out what we wanted and price was what we expected. New furnace and air will be in the not so distant future and we will put GPS at the top of our list when the time comes. Thanks. UPDATE 1-13-2024 On 1-08-24 we had our gas fireplace insert installed. The crew that installed it did a fantastic job. They were on time, courteous, with attention to details. Couldn't be happier with the whole process from ordering to the installation. Thank you."

"This is a great local HVAC company. Jerry is extremely helpful and responsive. We moved here and had to have the furnace replaced. He recommended a better and less costly Lenox model than what I was looking at. Also asked him to look at the AC as I thought it was old and possibly needed to be replaced, he said NO, even though it was a competitors unit. We also wanted to replace a freestanding gas stove with a fireplace and he assisted in picking a great looking unit and with finding a local construction company to build out the corner frame.
