"To hard to get a hold of. Called and left four messages and never received a returned call. When I finally did reach him, I set an appointment for Friday November 1st. No show or phone call. Called and left a message and once again, no call back. Again when I finally did reach him on the phone, he apologized and said he was working on the schedule, he will call me back. Guess. What NOTHING as of November 11th. When your options are limited for a business like his, I guess you can treat your customers this way. Did I mention, I am a return customer! Very poor business practices!"
