"I contacted Superior Septic to have my tank pumped. I spoke with Lisa when scheduling an appointment and she quoted price. The day of service Jim arrived to to pump my tank on time and for the price that Lisa had quoted me. While pumping my tank Jim completed a thorough inspection of my septic system. During this inspection he noticed that there was a problem with a drainage pipe. Jim notified me of the location of the issue and informed me what needed to be done to fix it. Jim also provided me with information about what could happen if the issue was not fixed. I highly recommend Superior Septic. They provide honest, quality work, at a fair price. "James & Lisa are no honest people. They arived on time and pumped my holding tank. I asked for a price before they started, James said he didn't know what he would have for work. ( pump the tank ? ) After 41 minutes he completed the job, I walked up to his truck he was sitting in and asked for a price & recipe. James said I forget my invoice booklet and will send you a bill (?) . I recived a $350 bill that he wasn't willing to make right. I was taken to smalls claims court & both of them lied to the judge and said it was considered an emergency! People be very careful, my wife & I are on a fixed income and this is how they make there money. They come across as nice people and I chose to belive in trusting them wanting to see the good in people... BEWARE"
