"I drive by this location 5 days a week on I75 on my commute to work. While driving by this location at night, there is a disgusting burning odor and a slick haze that gets on my windshield. I'm convinced there are EPA regulations being violated, that would explain why this odor is only at night. It's seems like they're burning only at night to cover something up. Does anyone know how to get in contact with the EPA to investigate??"
