"I reached out to Tri-County Builders, LLC looking for a general contractor to address a water damage issue that was impacting our garage door frame. Chris was very responsive and came out to inspect the issue and provided a very reasonable estimate based on what we could see without tearing into anything within the next week. After agreeing to the estimate Chris had Nick and Mike come out and starting digging into the problem. This is where we found out how serious the problem was. Nick and Mike had to stop work and call in Chris to review the damage. As with any job like this, you never know what's going on behind the scenes until you get to that point. Chris came out and looked at the issue under the siding which was impacting the primary support for the garage. Him, Nick and Mike developed a game plan on materials and what it would take to correct the issue and work was paused while a new estimate was drawn up. I had the new estimate within a couple days and of course it was higher than originally planned which was expected. We agreed to move forward with the project and Nick and Mike were back out to get the issue resolved as soon as the supplies were delivered. The finale of the project took two days to completed and you can't even tell they were here after the job was completed. Chris, Nick and Mike all maintained constant communication about what was going on and what they were doing throughout the duration of the project. They were open and honest about their thoughts on what should be done to fix the issue but accounted for mine as well. This was a great group of guys to work with and they will definitely be my go to general contractors in the future for sure. I will highly recommend them for this type of work should the need arise. Thanks for everything Tri-County Builders, LLC! Hopefully I won't require your services again anytime soon but if I do, you'll be the first company I call."

"We asked for quotes and met with about 8 contractors/companies for a kitchen extension and primary bathroom remodel. Not only was Tri-County Builders (TCB) the most reasonably priced, but Chris was very honest about the process from the start and we got along great with him. Before even signing with TCB, we asked Chris several questions over the course of a few weeks as we were seeking the other quotes and he patiently answered each one (and continued to do so at every stage of the the process). I can't say enough good things about the team's patience! Even the crew doing the work were awesome at answering questions and explaining anything we didn't understand. The process itself had a few hiccups, which every project of this size is bound to have, but Chris and Casie were good about keeping us informed, or if I called to inquire what was coming up, they answered honestly. Other than material selections, we came in on budget (per what the quote stated). Casie was great about letting us know how much extra materials would be and confirmed we wanted to proceed with them before buying. TCB was also wonderful with pulling all of the permits and scheduling inspections (all but one passed with flying colors and the one that didn't was for a silly reason that was easily rectified), so that was a huge relief as the home owner. Our new spaces are absolutely gorgeous and well built. Even though the process took a bit longer than we all expected, I would do it all over again to get to live in this space!"
