"One of the employees stood in the middle of our business parking lot and urinated. This was in the middle of the day while our facility was open and we had customers inside. The gentleman was approximately 15 feet away from our front door but didn't have the decency to come in and ask to use our restroom, which I gladly would have let him do. Extremely unprofessional, disgusting, and disrespectful. The employees were also very unorganized with directing traffic on a main highway. I am not a customer, but an observer and business manager affected by the services provided by the company."

"Rieth Riley damaged my truck with powdered concrete on my truck, but refused to pay for it after telling me to have it detailed and they would 'take care of it'. It seems they never acknowledge their mistakes. Just like not having the right grade on the County Road 9 bridge on the US 20 Bypass. Does anyone experience the bump when you go over the bridge? Exactly! Dishonest at everything."
"Construction worker caused damages to my car by tossing 2 cones across the street on apple rd in osceola. I filed a report and they admit to working in my area but will not accept liability because they said it would be impossible to toss a stack of cones across the street and nobody was aware of damages they caused even though I stated I did not get to talk with the worker since he left before I got around the block to talk to him. I also said 2 cones were thrown and caught the rear side of my vehicle. This places strives on integrity but cannot accept the fact they are responsible for dent damages they caused. They will not return my calls now or respond to my dispute of their liability denial. This is not fair to me to pay for something one of their workers caused I was told it would be taken care of but then I get a letter refusing to pay. I did not even an apologize. It's the principal of the situation. I know the worker did not do this on purpose but it was a bad judgement call to throw cones and I happen to be the one paying for it since they hit my car as I was turning. I would not recommend this business for any work based on how they handled the situation with my car. That does not represent integrity"
