He was always pleasant, upbeat, respectful, responsible, and addressed any of my concerns before, during, and after the work. During the installation I had questions about previous water damage, construction, installation, and boots around PVC and the fireplace chimney. He personally inspected the roof issues by direct inspection on the roof and then oversaw their completion. I could not ask for more as he acted like my house was his own.
