"Our tour guide for the lighthouse was good! Views were amazing and excellent spots to take pictures. 1/2 mile to walk there, and another 1/2 back to shore, the path is paved for handicapped people, but it does get horizontally smaller as you go along. We were right there when the boats came in for fishing, and inside the lighthouse there is very small and skinny stairs, somewhat difficult to get down. There's a gift shop for people 1st floor, and lighthouse history on the other ones."
"Great little experience and worth the cost to climb to the top. Lots of neat history and photos along the way up. Four separate fights to climb with landings at each level. I didn't mind the $8 per adult and $5 per child when you think about helping with conservation and preservation. Military friendly as they gift free entry for the serviceman/veteran. The hike out itself is free and worth it even if you chose to not pay to climb to the top."
"Nice walk and great place to see a sunset. You can look at views to the north and see the state park, and great views of the shore as well. There were people diving off at the end, and that was fun to see. People fishing along the walkway as well. Definitely put on some bug spray if your watching the sunset, I was getting bit up by flies."
