"Very nice museum. Suggested $5 donation. This is a well-maintained facility. It has a good amount of information....self paced, waLk through on your own. There is an option of a 20 min video to watch for an additional $1 per person. I would plan to spend an hour. (Could even be done in a half hour if needed). There is also a nice gift shop."
"Fantastic museum! Professional, yet fun for qll ages. The walkway up overlooking the forge site on Carp River is fabulous! Plenty of interactive activities for kids and adults. The life size mine replica is spooky and fun!"
"The Michigan Iron Industry Museum is a must visit. It is a very well put together location with education for all ages. We have been here several times. When we have someone visiting from another state we bring them here to learn some about this area and we always learn something new that we didn’t know. The staff is always so friendly. The walking paths are also very well maintained. The parking is plentiful. The gift shop is a great place to pick up a little something. We recommend stopping by. We will stop here again and again. Also, if you’re able, please leave a donation when you enter the main door."
