"Can't believe I would ever say this about an insurance company but they are great. I had a time sensitive issue they had no problem seeing me in person same day to get it handled quickly and I was in and out within an hour with what I needed came back the next day spoke with the same representative and was done."

"Never filed a claim so I can’t comment on that process but upon making policy changes there was a severe lack of knowledge and very rude representatives. I was transferred back and forth between multiple departments several times, all blaming the issues on the other departments. Was emailed the wrong paperwork over and over and the only response I could get was, we’ll have to look into it. In which I would never receive a call back. I can only imagine if I had to make a claim. Therefore I switched to another company. Response from the owner an hour ago John, We are sorry to see you go. Unfortunately our hands are tied when it comes to divorce situations and we can’t make changes to the policy unless you both sign off on it’s since you both owned the policy together. I’m sure your attorney would understand that and advise that too. You were told this but unfortunately either didn’t understand it or didn’t think the rules applied to you. This is the response I received from the review. Perfect example of the rudeness and incompetency of this agency. The request was to change the automatic payment renewal. I was told by you that since both parties were on the documents that either one of us could sign. So apparently it is you that doesn’t understand and misinforms your customers."

"The customer service at this location is horrible, Angie Aurus and Tim are rude and have poor customer service. After providing all the documents they requested , they continued to over charge my account and then refuse to refund or roll it over . I hate that they represent Meemic Insurance because they do not reflect the professionalism or quality that Meemic displays, As an educator I would never recommend this establishment to any of my colleges or peers to patronize."

"Horrible customer service! I had received a letter in the mail after changing some rhings due to the reform that said I owed 1421 for 6 months.... I called in because my policy was NOT reflecting this online so I had missed my due date the lady said I never received that quote that I was literally holding in my hands and that it was my fault for not blindly paying the 6 month premium showing online of 1608 instead then told me she was going to make me pay 1685 because it wasn't their fault that their online system was not displaying the correct amount apparently it was mine?! After 3 years with meemic I'm done the lady was so rude and crotchety.... I have never had a company blame the customer like this! I found a cheaper quote through progressive if I were you I would take your business there!"

"The insurance agent Tim Donahue was extremely helpful and got me insured very easily at a great rate. He gave me a list of credit unions that will almost 98% guarantee you to be approved to join in order to get their insurance. I chose Michigan Education even with very bad credit I was allowed to join I paid I think $12 application fee online was approved to join and then got a rate of under $90 no fault a month. Since I dropped Progressive and defaulted I had to pay full 6 month policy up front which was only $500. Very great insurance to become legally legit without breaking the bank."
